At WordSays.com, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines how we handle copyright infringement complaints in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable international copyright laws.

What Is the DMCA?

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States law that provides copyright owners with a process to request the removal of content used online without permission.

Although WordSays.com is operated from India, we voluntarily follow DMCA principles as part of our commitment to protect copyright holders globally.

Before Filing a Complaint

If you’re unsure whether the material you wish to report is actually infringing, we recommend seeking legal advice.

Important: Submitting false or misleading copyright claims may result in legal liability.

How to Submit a DMCA Complaint

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content on WordSays.com infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA notice including the following:

  1. Your full legal name, email address, and phone number.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on our site.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the content is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to Send the Notice

Please email your DMCA takedown notice to:
📧 Email: anuk07871@gmail.com

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. If the notice is complete and valid, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and, where applicable, notify the content uploader.

Counter Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error due to a DMCA complaint, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Identification of the content that was removed and its URL
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your legal region
  • Your physical or electronic signature

If the counter-notice is valid, and the original complainant does not initiate legal action within 10–14 days, we may restore the content.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access or ban users who repeatedly infringe upon the copyrights of others.

Our Rights

  • We may reject any incomplete, fraudulent, or abusive DMCA notices.
  • This DMCA Policy does not limit our other legal rights or remedies.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and the updated version will take effect immediately upon publication.
